Shipping & Returns
Please feel free to reach out to me via email at email@example.com or the contact page about your order. Orders take up to 3 weeks to ship and now that we've returned to con season. Free domestic U.S. shipping is via USPS First Class Package service and does not include insurance, only tracking. If items are lost after received by courier service, I am not liable. If you wish to have faster priority shipping or to have your order insured, please e-mail me through the form on the site and I will send invoice for expedited or insured shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
Generally, I do not offer returns. I endeavor to be very thorough to maintain high quality products free of defects. However, sometimes mistakes happen and if they do, please contact me through the form or e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will follow up accordingly.
