Commissions
Terms of Service
please consider the following before ordering:
♡ work commissioned from me may not be used commercially unless previously discussed; tattoo is ok, just let me know
♡ if I decide to use your commission as a print or in merchandise, I will contact you for permission before doing so
♡ finished commissions will be sent by email in png or jpg format, background + no background. for traditional commissions, domestic shipping is included, international shipping $15 added
♡ depending on the complexity of the request prices will fluctuate
♡ I only work with my style. I do not work with other artists styles. (Please keep that in mind when commissioning me.)
♡ you'll receive progress photos throughout your commission process.
♡ please DO NOT rush me, I need time to complete the work.
♡ if I do not feel I can do your commission I have the right to decline it.
♡ if you do not send me the payment I will open the slot to other person.
♡ if you do not want me to tag you, or post your commission just let me know.
♡ please allow me up to 3-8 weeks to complete your commission. Excluding weekends: Saturdays and Sundays
(depending on the work load, commissions may be completed earlier.)

Please keep in mind that there are many factors that could slow the process, such as: health, order of commission, complexity,
or technical issues. So please allow me some time. If for any reason, any of the above occur I will alert the commissioner asap.

Payment & Refunds
♡ all payments will be sent via venmo/cashapp/paypal invoice in USD.
♡ if paypal, fee will be added if goods and services, no fee if sent as friends and family
♡ all commissions must be paid in full and cleared before commission is started.
♡ do not send payment until I confirm your commission.
♡ I will request payment once everything is agreed upon
♡ rushed delivery is $20 USD extra
♡ 100% will be refunded if sketching process has not begun.
♡ if I haven't started your commission and due time isn't met, you may ask for a refund.
♡ will refund 80% of commission if the commissioner decides to cancel AFTER sketch but before conformation.
♡ commissions can not be refunded after commissioner has given the initial sketch the "ok" to proceed.

Customer Satisfaction
♡ I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.
♡ however after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made. Such as small coloring/marking mistakes.
♡ any big changes will come with an extra charge: such as facial expression changes, poses, additional add ons, removals or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.

♡ includes your character animated, doing whatever you wish them to do. The movement for the characters will meet GIF Standards and be short. Prices will vary based on number of frames and or complexity/details.
